I can't promise this will be the last mention of watches before Christmas, but when something intriguing + eyecatching appears in my inbox my instinct is to share it. Anything to take me away from the work I'm actually meant to be doing....cue the debute British-made watch collection by Paulin. Each watch has been made using the finest components, sourced from around the world, and constructed in Glasgow, Scotland.
The small team behind Paulin have been perfecting their designs for three years now, with their starting influence being that of our once-thriving watchmaking industry + British craft. It's pretty clear that their three years of research and designing have certain paid off, just look at them! Managing to look minimalist + modern, yet unfussy enough to feel classic, the collection consists of three styles – with three/four variants – features Japanese quartz movements, Italian leather straps and have been designed + assembled completely in the UK. All the good stuff.
With prices ranging from £120-£180 I'd imagine these won't be around for long. For more information visit Paulin here.
Very nice! There's a lot of these super minimal watches around at the moment, so the addition of the chronograph faces helps these stand out without looking too busy!

Oh really, I do hope so! I guess if you weight it up, buying a watch that's made in Britain and that pretty much no one else will own can only be a good thing right? I'm also tempted, going to ask Hollie.
ReplyDeleteooo my man would love one of these! But I just bought him a DW watch.
ReplyDeleteCan a man own two watches? Is that allowed ;)
Oh did you? Shame you didn't see this earlier. Pffft no way, I have a bunch of watches in rotation, love them all. Consider it!
ReplyDeleteWe love the third and last watches in this collection. Fantastic and well designed timepieces.

ReplyDeleteMe too, that's the one I like most too.
ReplyDeleteWell worth considering when you're in the market.
