Guys, I know you're as excited as I am about this news, it's been all over Twitter. I have a new pen, to be fair though it's a pretty nice one and it makes a change from the usual ever-breakable Bic Biro (though I still like them really). I chose a Lamy Safari rollerball in yellow. Design by Wolfgang Fabian in Germany, I think you're getting something pretty well made in terms of design, durability and function for under a 10er. It's safe to say I won't be lending this one out willy-nilly, cos they never come back do they?
Another one for the ever growing stationery collection.
Definitely don't hand it out...you'll probs end up giving it to a pen-chewer like me. Ruined for life! x
ReplyDeletenothing like german engineering! haha
ReplyDeleteooo lala
ReplyDeleteI love how you've done a whole blog post on a pen. It is a nice pen though. I'm inspired. When I get paid I'm going to buy a nice pen ! I like that it's yellow too.
ReplyDeletei love pens. and pencils. and folder and post-its and rubbers and...paperchase should have loyalty cards, basically. x
ReplyDeletesomeone else who shares excitement for pens! I am forever pouncing on reps at work..sometimes they have really swish ones!
ReplyDeletePreaching to the converted here. My main fountain pen is a Lamy Vista with an extra fine nib (and usually Diamine ink - I would do Noodlers, but the bulletproof stuff really, really, really doesn't wash out of clothes!).
ReplyDeleteOhh that looks like a nice pen ! By the way, I will have a think of job websites and send you a tweet with them !
ReplyDeleteThat is a seriously cool pen! This is why I love your blog, you never know what to expect! Pens are awesome!
ReplyDeleteI'm hopeless when it comes to pens though, I'll always leave them behind after classes - it breaks my heart if I've left a really nice pen. I left a parker before! Thankfully discovered a new one in a chairty shop though for £3. I have a big thing for fountain pens, writing always feels smoother!
Love Lamy. Such beautiful pens. I don't really get biros that aren't Bic though. How would you put this behind your ear??
ReplyDeletehaha cool pen :)
ReplyDeletecool. i'm always in need of a good pen, they seem to always dissappear....
ReplyDeleteNo they don´t!!! so be sure to keep it safe! hahahah because it´s a really nice pen ;)

ReplyDelete10 euros for a pen?! *cough*
ReplyDeleteHow I envy your matureness to invest in well designed & lovely pens. I havent't lost my stationary obsession from back to school shopping & french supermarkets but there's nothing better than a good old Bic...
ReplyDeleteOh god I do love a good pen! Almost more than shoes!....almost
