Out of control
Nice and under control, phew
Outfit - Uniqlo check shirt, Gap stripy t-shirt, Junk de Luxe chinos.
One of my favourite things in the world is to visit my local park and sit near the lake, I've said before that I don't do it enough but over this summer I have gone for a stroll tones of times. The ice cream was the 4th I had that week and this one was by far the best!
Well it's back to uni and back to reality this week, I bought a new printer and it's all up and running, therefore this week will mostly consist of catching up on work I should have done already. Oh and if anyone was wondering why it is taking me so so long to sort the re-design for me blog, well i'm just not that inspired at the moment and everything I try isn't really working. So I'm just going to keep in clean and simple.
ice cream brings inspiration (and ben and jerry's is on offer in tesco at the moment <3)
ReplyDeleteargh, i start uni soon, so, so scared.
good luck with all your catch up work (:

hehe, great pictures! i'm really craving an icecream right now! love your mix of checks and stripes. x
ReplyDeleteFunnily enough, Holden Caulfield, Catcher in the Rye's protagonist, loves doing exactly this, also. Sitting in the park and looking at the lake. You know what that means? You should definitely give it a go! Guys seem to relate the most to the book (being it's from a male perspective), so there's added incentive. :D
ReplyDeleteHope you have fun at uni!
Romany
xx
Haha you sure did your best to tame that icecream!
ReplyDeleteBack to uni for me too this week - such a bummer after a long summer :)
ReplyDeleteLove the chinos!
Checks and stripes, wee! My fave.
ReplyDeleteThat ice cream looks delicious! Your outfit is really cool, I love how you've managed to get a casual-laid back style looking so stylish. UNIQLO checked shirts are great for stylish but casual looks.
ReplyDeleteI always do that with my ice cream, I try to keep it looking as neat as possible. And eurgh, not really looking forward to going back to uni.
ReplyDeleteI haven't had a ice cream cone all summer :(
ReplyDeleteI'm back at uni now as well - looking forward to it and scared as well!

I think there should be extra credit for rebecca for highlighting the tesco offer (THANKS), I can't believe summer is over already. It seems only a week or so ago I was doing uni exams. You excited about going back though yeah? jazzy ♥
ReplyDeletelove the photos of the ice cream! Yum! And as far as design inspiration..I know what you mean...for me, when I think about your blog I see white and plain, with pops and splashes of lots of colour. Like the really cool wax chair you had on here once, don't know if you remember, all white, with one leg rainbow coloured. Anyways, good luck and have fun back at school! xo

i like the look a lot!
ReplyDeleteI really really like the new banner, simple and effective. Was thinking of having a bit of a revamp myself, but I'm not particularly good at it and get too stressed being choosy haha...
ReplyDeleteBut yeah liking the new look!
