Hentsch Man AW10

I remember stumbling across menswear brand, Hentsch Man a few months ago whilst I was on my daily read of Style Salvage. I recalled that SS did an interview with the brand and featured a post on their pop-up shop in London. Since then the brand just crept off my radar, until their AW10 look book popped up in my inbox.

The idea behind Hentsch Man is to bring a small range of wardrobe staples that you won't tire of wearing or look dated after a few seasons. They started by creating the perfect white shirt, then expended their range to slim fit trousers and slowly introduced pumps.

But for this season the range has progressed even more, with more styles of flannel and chambray shirts, basic and patterned knitwear, tweeds and an excellent selection of coloured trousers. All very my sort of thing.

As I'm currently on a shopping ban, I'm all about introducing staples into my wardrobe. My shopping habits have changed dramatically over the past 2 years, less really is more! Cillian at Male Mode also likes Hentsch Man.

Im more regular news, it was my mate Jamesy's birthday the other day so I baked a cake(of course) and dished out the slices. We also went off into the countryside to a nice pub.

First chance to test out the self timer. For anyone that asked which camera I got, on my last post, I went with the Canon IXUS 95 IS.

Wore - Blue check/stripe Velour shirt, Grey Supera trainers, mustard Topman trousers, Tabio socks

  6. Their collection does look good. And ya, it's clear that they want to emphasize their use of more colors (or color in general) by the way they're presenting it with the model in b&w. Congrats on the new camera! Did you take the last photo with it? Cuz it look very nice and clear. What resolution are you using it at, and what ISO (just asking bc it looks like the photo has a bit of grain in it, not that that a bad thing, actually gives it character)?

The White Tent bag is pretty immense isn't it? As is Richard Mosse's work!

The inside part spins around to allow you to get into the bag. It's thin so it's not really an everyday one, probably best for going out I think.

  19. that collection of menswear looks really good. i like the bright trousers. my husband recently picked up a pair of moderately slim legged brightish green chinos... and i love them. although, sometimes he does get funny looks. which is a bit stilly seeing as they aren't even that out there. also, loving the skinny short tie/cardi combo. xx

  20. The designs are great. The pieces do look as if they can be worn in every season of the year (which is an added bonus).
